It was given to me some years ago by the husband of the late Jessie Bleeze nee Corin who guarded me for 6 years in Newbridge, Newport  from 1947 to 1953.
Jessie was a relation of the Corin’s who lived at Coalway.
There is no indication of the event, but it appears to have been taken in the front room of 40 Sunny Bank., Coleford.
The back reads:
To Jess (probably Jessie Bleeze) and Sue.
