Two views of Lydney from Primrose Hill.

The postcard above appears to be postmarked Bream 5 JY 14. Although modified, the house in the Foreground can still be recognised.

… I would like to say that the house on the hill overlooking Lydney is semi detached and the one on the lower side was  lived in by the Jenkins family….Michael Jenkins and four brothers. Andrew, Terry, and twins Richard and Freddy, from about 1941.

Taken from a similar angle, but from a more distant viewpoint, this postcard is postmarked Lydney JU 12 1906.

I am trying to find any one that knew any history of the family with surname Imm or Imms in Primrose Hill, Lydney in the early 1900’s.

My gran was Phylis Evelyn Imm born around 1906 or so.
