The Lydney Town Hall used to hold the ‘Children’s Ball’ . This picture is from the fifties but not sure of the exact date. Maybe someone would know ? - our best estimate at present is 1950.

H.J. Warren added: "... I think that is Russell Jordan the pianist, an ex german POW by the drums, indicating that the music was by the "Fred Walker Trio". I may be way out,but fairly sure of my facts".
