Roger added: " ... this was taken around 1949 (before I was born) and was my mother Marie Byard being interviewed on the front steps of H.W.Carter (now Lucozade Ribena Suntory) in Coleford by Richard Dimbleby for a BBC radio programme which I think was entitled Down your way".

The man inside the building looking towards the camera is standing on the stairway.
