An old photo that may be a crane at Bixhead quarry?

The photo shows a crane in a quarry in the Forest of Dean. Can anyone confirm the location?.

A detail from the photo - perhaps someone can recognise the three men?.

Royston Pritchard addded: "... This is the electric crane at Bixhead, in the late forties. The driver was Tom Powles. ... ".

Kim Powles added (November 2021): "... It is Bixslade quarry as Royston has said and my Father Tom Powles who is in the picture worked there for many years until his retirement".
