The Sylvan Quartette Party comprising W. A. Miles, T. Beard, A. Buffrey and A. Roberts.

A report in the Citizen of 12 April 1933 lists the members of the quartette as Miles, Roberts, Bowkett and Beard when they performed at Flaxley in aid of Popes Hill Football Club.

In 1939 members were listed as Wilfred Miles, Alf Robert(s), A. Buffrey and Tom Beard (Gloucester Journal 11 February 1939)

In 1944 the members were given as Mr Roberts, Mr Evans, Mr Harris and Mr Bowkett (Gloucester Journal 12 February 1944)
