The photo was taken outside No 2 or No 4 Valley Road, this was Terry's grandparent's house.

Martin Parr added (August 2020): "... My grandmother was Minnie Fawlk born Ruspidge, Cinderford and my great grandparents Thomas Fawlk, coal miner and Anne Letitia Worgan. My dad Graham John Parr spent many summers in Cinderford with the Fawlk and Worgan family. We must be related. Kind regards Martin Parr".
