Dave Tuffley added: "... Can I issue a general warning that there is a gentleman from Wales (I think) on Ebay that is selling fake Forest of Dean colliery checks. Whilst I will not cast any doubts on the checks shown here, please note that this person frequently changes his Ebay name and then re-registers again on the site. A genuine Forest check will sell for around £120 to £150 these days. Good luck if you can get them cheaper. You can get your money back from Ebay but this is a pain when you find out you have been caught".
