"I am the ‘waiter’ at the ‘Small Hotel’ at the left hand side the immaculate Barkeeper. I think ‘Peter Ball’ is the other waiter on his right. And I believe that Colin ‘Scuttle’ Hill, with the spotted bow tie, is entertaining two ladies in the centre of the photo?. By the looks of it the Hotel was ‘Alcohol Free’ not one that I have frequented since".
