Brigit wrote: "This certificate belonged to my mother's uncle - Ronald Lambert Cox. He was born on 1st January 1900 at Mill Hill, Bream, the son of Henry and Susan Cox".
"He moved with his wife Marian and daughter Valerie to Nailsworth in the late 1930s where he lived until his death on the 4th August 1971".

Gillian Ward added: "... This is interesting because my Grandmother lived in Clements End, and when I was growing up I spent many a happy hour walking and climbing the Mill Hill, and maybe we would go into the Oakwood Inn for a glass of pop with my dad. I have lovely memories of the Forest".

Karen Swain added (April 2018): "... Wow this must be my 3x great uncle!!!! His brother John Stanley is my great grand father and I’m trying to fine photos and piece together their lives".
