St Paul's church, Parkend early 1900s

An old printed postcard by Coleford photographer John W Porter of St Paul's church, Parkend. It was constructed in the 1820's by Henry Poole. From this angle it is difficult to appreciate the unusual octagonal Nave. Below are James and Miriam James, who were married in St Paul's in 1909 - around the time of the St Paul's photo.
