Mike James added: "... I Think the man on the left is Ray Willets who played rugby for Whitecroft. I am an old Whitecroft lad now living in Poole. I think one of the Pin Factory girls is Connie Thomas from Pillowell. My Grandfather Jim Clements was well known in local circles".
Bryan made the parts for the machine and Raymond assembled them.

Finally a photo of the Whitecroft rugby football team playing on a pitch within the grounds belonging to the Pin Factory. Eventually the ground was needed for expansion of the factory, so the pitch was lost.
