Knights Hill, The Pludds in the Forest of Dean

Christine added: "The attached picture, I believe was taken outside my Grandparent’s home (Jack and Dorcus Arnold) on Knights Hill, The Pludds.
I think Ruardean Woodside is the hillside in the background.
The reverse of the picture has the following names:-
L-R. Tom Evans, Lucy Arnold, Edith Hale and Arthur Arnold.
Lucy Arnold was my mother who later married Norman Jones who, with his father George, ran Jones Garage in the High Street, Cinderford.
Arthur Arnold, Lucy’s brother died as a young man.
Edith Hale was a good friend of my mum and also lived on Knights Hill.
I have no information or knowledge of Tom Evans but assume he was was local to the area".
