Phil wrote: "My great grandmother Sarah Ann Hudson (nee Colwell) is stood next to the front gate. The house was the scene of a dramatic fire in July 1938. The extract from the Dean Forest Guardian describes it well. Cecil Hudson (better known as Wilf) was my father".
