Roger Morgan added (October 2026): "... I'm sure that is my uncle next to Gordon Hudson, I knew Jeff Morgan better later in life after his wife Eileen Cook died in 1992, she was one of the Cooks from Clearwell. He died on the 12th of March 2018 aged 90. He was born when the family lived in Tintern in the December of 1927. I also knew Ray Davies as well, who worked for welsh water ( Newland Sewage Treatment works) until his retirement in 1991. He was born in October 1926. My father is not on there as he was born in 1935, a late hatch, very interesting though, because everyone knew each other, most were related in some way, and either worked at the tin plate works or on the farms locally. Jeff Morgan worked at Whitecliff Quarry for well over twenty years. I think until it closed in 1986, he remembered the train going through the quarry in the 1960's, until I think 1971. My father was Cedric Morgan, one of the last to work at the tin plate works in Redbrook until it closed in the early 1960's. He used to haul the steel/tin down to the train when Redbrook station was still open".
