Group of Redbrook lads c.1940 with Wye House in the background.

L-R: David Roderick, Lyndon Phillips, Gordon Hudson, Royston Hudson, Les Lewis, Anthony Bray, Cyril Harris, Donald Hill, Bertram Hudson.
Claire McAfee added (Feb 2016): "... Anthony Bray is my father. He always talks about his Redbrook days, and time spent with Roy Hudson who I understand was very artistic. Dad moved away to Oakhampton in Devon around the war and eventually settled in Bristol where he set up business as a piano tuner ... I think my dad Anthony Bray is the third from the right, I could be wrong of course but it looks like him to me ... I showed Dad the photograph and he says the names are all correct. It would be wonderful if anyone could let me know what happened to the lads in this picture particularly Roy Hudson, Lyndon Phillips and Cyril Harris ... ".
Phil Hudson added (June 2020): "... A belated followup on some of the Hudson's: Bert died in 1965 following a vehicle accident at Llanwern. Gordon passed away in 1995 and Roy passed away in 2003. As suggested, Roy was a talented Artist".
