John Edwards added (January 2012): "... 'I acquired this postcard 35 yrs ago from a collection in Bedford Uk. You already have an identical copy but I thought the back might be of some interest. ... The back of the postcard says: S.S"Arkleside" Sharpness. 10th July 1934. " Sailing tomorrow for Archangel." Postmark "Sharpness/Berkley" 11 Jy 34. Recipient is his friend in Bedford'.
