It was a 'James' with a flywheel magneto and a gear lever mounted on the side of the pertrol tank. On the bike trying unsucessfully to start it was Donald Brown from Rodley Road. It never did go again, the magneto didn't work and it was beyond all our wit to fix it. My brothers Malcolm and Donald Dunn are on the left. I think the lad on the right is John Howells who lived at No.6".
