Margaret wrote "I think this photograph was taken about 1946 and it was definitely outside Lydney Town Hall. In the back row first on the right is my Grandmother Mrs. Annie Louisa Manns. Front row ,First on the right Mrs. Hawkins 2nd right Mrs Hughes .6th from the right holding the baby, Lady Bledisloe. 7th right Mrs. Hale. 8th right Nurse Neatby (Forster ) 9th right Dr. JCM Brambell. First left ?Mrs. Markey".
Olivia Kennedy added (Sept 2010): "... This photo was taken in 1950 and shows the Doctor the Nurses and helpers at the Lydney Welfare Clinic which was held in the Town Hall".
Pat Jones added (Feb 2014): "... Mrs Darters, my husband's grandmother is looking over the right shoulder of the nurse - looking at the picture".
