L.G.S. rugby team 1968?

Roger Price added: "... the person 6th from left in back row is Keith Watkins. He was in my year and left LGS in June 1969 to play football for Brighton Hove Albion football team ... I never heard of what happened to him after that".

Clive Allen added: "... Roger, Keith unfortunately died, aged 51, from cancer. We left LGS at the same time, me to Pine End, Keith to be a professional footballer".

Frank Osborne added (August 2016): "... sad to hear that Keith Watkins had passed away at 51. I was fortunate enough to play some games in the same youth side as Keith around 1967/68. And some very talented players there were in that Woolaston youth side including Charlie Edwards, Malcolm Harris( St.Briavels), Roger Guest (Bream). I apologise for the many others whose names I am unable to recall at present. I have tried unsuccessfully to trace Keith's football career. Only to say he was at Brighton for a few seasons confirmed by being in team photos".
