Having discovered that my grandfather William Frank Essex was Vice President of this cricket club in 1948, I am wondering if anyone can confirm that Russell Jordan in this photo was the Russell Jordan who was both a local butcher and the organist at Springfield Methodist chapel where my grandfather was choirmaster and steward and/or that Harold Beard in this photo was the Harold Beard whose mother-in-law Ivy Sterrey of 29 Albert Street Lydney was my grandfather's sister-in-law ?".
