Back: Bernard Jones (Broadwell), David Stearn (Lydney), Norman Fletcher (Aylburton),
Front: Arthur Oliver (Clearwell), Aubrey Hurcombe (Coleford).
David wrote: "... Formwood moved from the laboratory in Pine End to two units on the Lydney trading Estate in 1958. In the early 1960s it moved to a custom built factory provided by West Dean Council in Tufthorne Avenue Coleford. In 1984 over 250 persons were employed producing Werzalit Table Tops and Formalux ceiling on a three shift system".
"The photo shows the five men who transfered to a hut on the Lydney Trading Estate from the laboratory at Pine End. Thus Formwood began - expanding to two! labs and then to a site at Tufthorne Avenenue."
