Edgar Davis at the Feathers Hotel, Lydney.

Outside the Feathers Hotel, Lydney
Tony wrote: "... Attached is a photograph of my father Edgar Davis (centre) and his 'private hire' car (taxi), taken outside the now demolished Feathers Hotel Lydney. I believe the car to be an American Overland Willys Knight circa 1930. I think the man on the left owned the hotel".
Steve Willatt added (February 2011): "... The man standing second left from the car nearest to the hotel is Ralph Williams who owned the Williams and Cotton shops and who was my Great Grandfather".
