Hangerberry, upper Lydbrook

Joan wrote "... I was lent the attached photo by my Mum’s cousin. I am told it is a photo of Hangerberry, upper Lydbrook, with my great grandmother standing outside whose name was formerly Jane Cooper, who was married to Matthew Phelps. I would be grateful for any additional information, dates, etc".
