The photo used to hang in The Swan and is dated March 5th 1947.
Terry's father Dennis, was Landlord of The Swan Hotel from about 1956 until 1963. The next Landlord was Gordon Teague who transferred from The Fleece Hotel, which was lower down the High St., roughly where the Miner's Statue now stands.
