R T Evans shop at Coalway, Gloucestershire

David wrote: "... Here’s another photo of my parents’ shops at Coalway. They, like much of Coalway, are quite different now. The picture shows the old ice cream van and my father’s Austin A40. Note the sign up on the corner of the shop, advertising Lyons Cakes. The shops are long gone and so are the chimneys and Eskimart is now next door. The main part of that shop was a slaughter house used by Bill Bridge who had a butcher’s shop on the “Pike”, the corner of New Road and Coleford Road".
