Geoff wrote (Jan 2008): "Attached is a photo of my aunt Florence Watkins, eldest daughter of William Watkins, Cherry Tree Cottage, Mile End, and a newspaper account of her death dated 4th July 1929. I believe she was a nurse in World War I".

Florence who was an experienced motorcyclist was unfortunately killed aged 30 in an accident whilst riding her motorcycle.
