Back : Cyril Bailey's Band of Lydney - Left Doug Oldfield, Doug played Sax., Centre John Priest (holding drum sticks) Johnny was the Drummer. Right is Jack Belcher , Jack played Alto Sax and Clarinet. Far Right Cyril Bailey (in white shirt), Cyril sang, played Double Bass, Piano, Organ, Conducted and made bookings. Thanks to John Belcher for identifing the band.

The picture was taken at "The Green Hut", a wooden building donated to the village by Mrs Percival of Priors Lodge. It was located near what is now Bream Rugby Club
