Forest children (at Lydney?)

Forest children at a christmas party, in Lydney?
This was originally posted as "Yorkley Children" but we currently have 2 possibilities:
a - it
could have been taken at the the Swan Inn in Lydney at a Tyre Products Xmas party for children.
b - a second idea is it was taken in Pine End Canteen, Lydney and was a party given for the workers children.
At a guess the date would be 1947/8.
Neville Slee added (October 2011): "... Definitely a Pine End kids party".
