Left to right (standing) : 1,2,3,4,5 Cliff Moore?, 6 Matthew Morgan, 7,8,9 Jim Clements?, 10,11,12,13.
The couple seated are Sir John & Lady Worthington, prospective Liberal Candidate for the Forest of Dean.
Thanks also to Zoe Powell who added "... Is the very tall man on the right hand side of the photo as you look at it, Jim Clements? I have seen other photos of him and he was head and shoulders above the rest in those (except as he got older. In most of the other photos, he is wearing his hat. He also lived in Whitecroft and was well known in the community".
