Ron wrote: "... This was in with some papers that belonged to my Grand mother, Eveline Lilah Andrews, nee Jenkins. I have no idea why she had it as as far as I know there was no fanily connection with either of the properties. Family members did send a lot of news paper clippings and things of interest to Eveline after she moved to Perth in Western Australia".
