The Severn Princess
The Severn Princess ferry on Beachley slipway on the day that the Severn Road Bridge opened - 8th September 1966.
Jim added that this was the last crossing made by the Severn Princess ferry. The van on the slipway was a BBC TV vehicle. The shot was taken from the Beachley side of the river.
