Cannop Colliery

The photo shows the rail branch line into the colliery from the former Parkend to Lydbrook railway line. The houses in the foreground are still in existance with the Parkend to Lydbrook road running in front of them. The Cannop Colliery site is now used as a bike rental centre by PedalABikeAway. The railway line is now a cycle track.
David Morris added (March 2011): "... The white building in the lower left was a winding house for a small mine. Details unknown to me".
