Comment: I so enjoyed viewing the photos . My grandfather was from Yorkley and attended Viney Hill Church . There was not too many photos to view from those areas, but I will be back again to check for further additions . Thanks

Comment: I was wondering if anybody out there knew anything about BRIAN ROGERS, I think he came from Cinderford when growing up. I know he remarried a Sue and that he passed away about 1993.

Comment: Wonderful old photos . I lived with my aunt in St Briavels and went to school there during the 1940s but we didn t have a camera . Sorry there are no photos of St Briavels. -------------- Ed. There are a few click on "Search" top line of the Home page, and enter St Briavels.

Comment: How wonderful . My mother Joan Leighton was born in Cinderford and we spent many happy holidays in Victoria Road with Nan and Grandad . For some time in the late 1930 searly 1940 s they ran the Forge Hammer pub in Cinderford and Grandad was a miner . Brilliant!
