Fetter Hill Rail Bridge
The family cycle trail crosses the Parkend to Coalway road at the site of the rail bridge.
Yvonne Hill added (July 2009): "... The photo of the rail bridge and the railway line brought back memories of the train driver waving to us down below at Rose Cottage. My cousin tells the story that 'sympathetic' train drivers would slow down the train when approaching Fetter Hill so that those living or visiting there could 'hop off' (saving a journey up to Milkwall with the walk back)".
