Terry wrote: "... Please find enclosed a photo of a badge recently aquired. These were produced for locals to purchase. The money collected would be used to help with the cost of an aircraft or ship. This would then carry the name of the area in which the money was collected, as in the Chepstow, Monmouth and Forest of Dean Spitfire".
