World War II items connected with the Forest of Dean

Terry wrote: "... pics of some more wartime items found in the area. The baby's Gas Mask (top right), still in the box, was given to me recently and came from the Mitcheldean area. The 50 cal. wooden Ammunition Box (bottom right) was found locally a while ago. The A.R.P. tin (top left) was found at Mitcheldean and the watches were left with a repair man in Milkwall by U.S. troops to be fixed. I guess they were sent overseas and never returned to pick them up".
