The Hilldenians Jazz Band 1948
Keith wrote: "... This is Hilldene Jazz Band set up by Mr Tim Ruck and the parents of the occupants of the first 30 Houses to be built there in 1948. All uniforms were made by the mothers getting together. This band went on to win championships as far afield as Coventry. They always entered Cinderford Carnivals, where every street entered decorated lorries.
