Princess Royal miners 1959/1960
John wrote: "... attached is a photo of my Father Eric Hawkins, (Extreme left) and others, taken 1959/60 at The top of Princess Royal Colliery, other names elude me, but I'm sure someone will identify them. Car in background appears to be a Hillman owned by Trevor Jones (Electrician)"

Brian Barnard who was an electrician at Park Gutter with Trever Jones added "... the car in the pic. belongs to the coal board. They had a few Hillmans. Trever Jones had a motor bike".
