Old Photos of the Forest of Dean - Bream and district

This unusual photo was taken by F.N. Jones, Portrait Photographer, 8 Gloucester
Road, Coleford, Glos.
The man in the photo is Mr Frank Stuart Williams Skipp. Mr Skipp married Clara
Wildin. They kept a pub/off licence on Bowson Road, Bream.
The detail from the photo shows the Maypole and Maypole Stores at the top of
the photo, the flagpole at Ferndale and the Street Lamp on a grass 'triangle'
just above the washing.
The photo was taken from an almost identical position to one by the Cotswold Publishing Company of Wotton Under Edge (marked CPC).
