Three great photos taken at Pastor's Hill, Bream on the Brockhollands road in the severe winter of 1947.
Yvonne Hill left these comments (Sept 2006): "The houses shown on the photograph 'l - Pastor`s Hill' were The Llangetts Cottages. The house on the left was probably occupied, at this time, by a Mr. and Mrs. Warner (previously the Saturley family lived there). The house on the right was occupied/owned by Will and Florrie Morse and their three children; Frances (whom, I think, still lives in Bath) Mervyn, who sadly passed away in the 1950`s aged only 16 years, and Mary, who did exceedingly well academically at Lydney Grammar School, and who became a Professor of Psychology. When I last heard of her, a long time ago, she was living in Ontario".

Peter Richards added (Feb 2008): "Name of the person on the far right in Photo 1 with his sleeves rolled up is Wilfred Richards".
